Accessing the Member Portal
The ModernFi Member Portal is a flexible application that can be adapted to meet your credit union's needs and use cases, and can be accessed a variety of ways. Some credit unions have their members access the portal directly through the web, while some prefer to integrate directly into your digital banking experience. Whatever your preferred path forward, ModernFi will work with you to deliver it.
Providing your members with direct access to the Member Portal is the fastest and simplest way to gettting your Extended Insurance Accounts up and running. During the account opening process, your member receives an invitation to open an account directly on the Member Portal. Once that invitation is accepted and the login credentials created, your member will have full access to view and transact within their account through the portal. Members can access the portal anytime through their computer or mobile phone.

For institutions that prefer to integrate via Single Sign-On (SSO), ModernFi will work with you to provide direct and secure access to your members through your existing digital banking experience. Once integrated, your members can access the portal at any time by clicking on the Extended Insurance Account link in their existing banking application or website, providing seamless access to the Member Portal without the need for an additional log-in screen.
