Adding multiple accounts (bulk upload)

To create multiple new Extended Insurance Accounts, click on the Manage Program button and select “Add Multiple Accounts.”

Upload a csv file with account information for all new accounts being created. The format of the uploaded file must match that of the Template file provided. The template file can be accessed by clicking “Template for Account Batch File” on the "Add Multiple Accounts" pop-up window.

Account agreements for all new accounts must be uploaded here along with account information. Once all relevant files have been uploaded, click “Submit”. A new Pending Request will be created in the requests table reflecting the submission.
