Using the Member Portal

To provide your members with an intuitive user experience and 24/7 transparency into their deposit network account, ModernFi offers your credit union and its members access to a custom web-based, digital banking application. This white-labeled Member Portal allows members to easily view account information, withdraw funds, and access statements - all under your credit union's own branding. Through the Branding section of the Admin Portal, your team can customize the portal with your logo, brand color, support contacts, your own product name, and even a custom web address (e.g., yourcu.modernfi.com).

This modern digital banking interface provides your members with all the functionality they need to manage their Extended Insurance Accounts. Members can view balances, transaction history, daily dividend accruals, and account details, and download their monthly statements and annual tax documents, all through a sleek and user-friendly web application. With real-time transparency, members can see exactly which network credit unions are holding their funds and the amounts allocated to each.
