Once a member is ready to open an Extended Insurance Account, the process is simple and streamlined.
Step 1: Sign Terms & Conditions The only action required from the member is to review and sign the Terms & Conditions. Your credit union will already have these documents available internally, so there is no extra paperwork for the member to track down.
Step 2: Open the Account Once the Terms & Conditions are signed, the Extended Insurance Account can be opened immediately. The member will then receive access to their online Member Portal, where they can view balances, monitor allocations, and manage their account just like a standard deposit account.
