Institution Settings

The Institution Settings section of the Admin Portal enables financial institutions to manage key administrative details and maintain up-to-date operational contacts. To access Institution Settings, log into your Admin Portal and click on the "Settings" tab located at the bottom left of the menu bar. Within this section, you'll find tools to upload your institution's logo, manage all portal users and wire contacts, and subscribe to product changelog updates. An overview read-only panel at the top of the page displays high-level institution data for quick reference.

Institution Logo

Admins can upload a logo that will be displayed on both the End-of-Month (EOM) account statements and in your members' Member Portal. To do so, click on the edit pencil beneath Institution Settings on the top left hand side of the page. This will create an edit logo pop up where you can drag and drop your logo file. For best results, we recommend using a transparent, wordmark-style logo. This ensures the logo displays cleanly across all branded surfaces and aligns well with the portal's styling.

Wire Contacts

Individuals at your institution responsible for handling money movement correspondence, can be managed within the User Management section.

User Management

The User Management section gives institution admins a centralized place to manage all Admin Portal and Member Portal users, including inviting new users, managing pending invitations, and resetting passwords. For a full walkthrough, see Managing Users in the Admin Portal.
